The design concept reimagines the space to include first-class amenities,
all while preserving the building’s unique character. With a focus on
timeless luxury, collector-grade furnishings and curated art pieces create

Amenities include three refined restaurants, elegant co-working spaces, a private 40-person screening room, art gallery, a tranquil spa, and a state of-the-art fitness centre. Eleven meticulously designed suites provide members with a heightened level of comfort and convenience—underscoring the project's commitment to elevated living and design excellence.
